Congats to Ken Barr for his Long Putt on #2 by dropping a 25 foot bender and Dan Muenchow (sub) for the Closest to the Pin on #8 by sticking it to about 5 feet. Low Gross goes to Troy Evers for his 37 (That's 3 straight 37's for Troy) and Low Net goes to Matt Spang for his 26. Expect that 26 to probably stick to the end of the season. Great job on some nice scores.
The word on the street from Team Roth was the last time Brett took a beat down on the course from Paul was when Brett was in 8th grade. With Paul's respectable 42 tonight, we may see a run for that A spot on the team in the coming weeks.
Question of the Day #1: I'm curious what the "2 and 3", "1 Up", and "All Square" mean in the results page and player details. Answer: It's just a quick way to show how the match ended. "2 and 3" means that the match ended being up by 2 holes with 3 to go (relatively close match). "1 Up" means that the match went to the last hole, and was won there (very close match). "All Square" means the match was tied. If you ever see a "5 and 4", that's the biggest ass-kicking you can give to your opponent.
Question of the Day #2: How do you determine which Proxies we'll have that day? I'm a ______ (fill in the blank) hitter and I ______ (fill in the blank) to have the Long Drive proxy every week. Answer: It's
random; the entire set of proxies for the season were assigned by our software before the season started.
